Today I am sharing with you my favourite
scone recipe that is sugar free!
Ingredients you will need:

225 g (8 oz)

Be-Ro Self Raising Flour
|
|
pinch
|
salt
|
|
50 g (2 oz)
|
margarine
|
|
enough milk to make a soft dough
|
Makes roughly 8 scones

Pre-heat the oven at 220 degrees and grease a baking tray
·
Start off with adding 100g of plain flour into a bowl and then add
a small bit of Stork butter, then add milk.
·
Stick your hands in and start trying to get the mixture to form
together into one lump.
·
Keep adding little bits of milk along with your pinch of salt
until you have a dough ball.
·
Flour a chopping board and knead the mixture onto it a couple of
times.
·
Then roll the mixture with a floured rolling pin, once flat take
the cutter and take out scone shapes.
·
Place the cut scone shapes onto your greased oven tray, once all
cut out place the scones in the oven.
·
Bake for 10-12 minutes, but check every 5 minutes interval and
judge time on how they are browning.
·
Leave them to cool and then either have them with butter or
serve with mixed berry jam you can find my recipe for that here
