Blogging, Business, TV series to watch and Life wise – Progress

Hello,

Today I’m going to share with you my progress on my goals for 2014, I update my Goals page which you can find here quite regularly, but I do like to post about it monthly just to let you know my progress.

Some things I just really haven’t got round to doing yet, like going to the cinema or going on a train journey. Some things however I am really starting to make my way through.

I’m 5 books down out of my goal of 15 for the year! I made my goal 15 as I only managed to read 12 books in total for the year of 2013, so for a small challenge I added an additional 3 books. I think this year I am making a lot more time for my reading hence why I seem to be powering through this goal. I have seen on instagram a lot of people doing the “50 books” challenge which pretty much is reading 50 books for the year. Depending on how many I get through this year, I may attempt to take part in that next year. 50 is a lot of books to read!

I’ve blogged 41 times this year so far and I set my goal a minimum of 100 so I seem to be well on my way to completing this goal. I’m only 9 blog posts away from being halfway!

My instagram activity is pretty high already! I set myself the goal of 200 photos for the year and I have already managed 84, so I should be able to complete this goal too. I’m usually pretty bad for taking photographs but recently I have adopted the attitude of I am documenting my life! By the end of 2014 I hope to make a lovely photo album of the year. I can see already into the future say ten years down the line, me having a photo album for each year, then I will end up starting to collect them! I think I’m going to need a library in my house one day.

TV wise, I’ve added a new series to my list I would have liked to have watched all of by the end of 2014, and that would be Twin Peaks, I am two episodes in already, I’m not really quite sure what to say about this show, I love it as it’s quirky and I love the character that carries a log, but why!?!? I will be writing a blog post on this series once I’ve watched it.

Talking of TV I’m almost up to date with Justified, and just last week I completed Son’s of Anarchy season 6 which I just loved! On the season finale I was actually sitting there with my mouth wide open as I couldn’t believe what had happened!
